Jefferson Alan McKnight (born February 18, 1963) is a former professional baseball player. He played all or part of six seasons in Major League Baseball, from 1989 to 1994, for the New York Mets and Baltimore Orioles. He served primarily as a utility infielder, but played every position except pitcher and center fielder during his career, making the largest number of appearances as a first baseman with 39.
McKnight's professional career overall spanned sixteen years. Originally drafted by the Mets in 1983, he finished his career in 1998 with the independent Newark Bears.
He is the son of former major league player Jim McKnight.
